She was on top of the world. Her smile would light up the room. She was confident and fierce. Her presence made others calm and feel welcomed.
Do you know who she is?
She began to change. Her family was the first to notice. She still smiled, but it seemed forced or fake. Her sense of humor and laughter were gone. She said she was okay, just tired.
Do you know who she is?
She began to lose weight and gain weight. She didn’t return texts or phone calls. She preferred to be alone. She didn’t mention God or her faith. She was suffering. She was different, she changed.
Do you know who she is?
She had fallen from grace.
She was angry and bitter.
She was depressed and lonely.
She was desperate to find peace.
She was embarrassed and ashamed that she’s in this position.
She’s heartbroken. She’s sad. She’s searching for answers and she’s mad at God.
Do you know who she is?
She fought battles many couldn’t imagine. She made a way out of no way to make ends meet. She went without meals so her children would eat. She smiled at her children when she worried about how they would survive.
She cried herself to sleep. She watched her love one die. She lost everything that she ever had.
Do you know who she is?
She is…. Any woman that may cross your path in a day. Your neighbor, your coworker, friend, your sister, aunt, mother, or the stranger you pass on the street.
We all are battling something. We’ve all been broken. Some of us were able to bounce back and others gave up.
Never forget that your interaction with someone could be the one thing that saves them from their painful experiences.
In case you are wondering. The “she” in this blog is…..
Love, love this. It can be very easy to lose sight of the person, the Lord has called us to become. Thanks for sharing

I’ve lost sight and struggling now to see if I should take another job. Nothing is clear to me.
