Good Morning friends!!! I’m blogging from the waiting room at the doctor’s office. This will be a quick reminder to focus on the positive and understand the importance of self care.
Self care is the new buzz word but for me it is my aha moment. For the past six months I’ve devoted my focus on two things, positive thoughts and myself!
When I am approached with negativity, I immediately think of three positive things to replace that thought or person. It wasn’t easy at first, but then I realized how a simple act could change my entire mood and attitude.
Don’t focus on the negative even when that is the situation you are presented with.
